A Taste Of Gratitude

Celebrating the People & Places That Make Healdsburg Special

November has a way of reminding us to slow down, gather together and appreciate the people and places that make somewhere feel special.

Here in Healdsburg, there’s plenty to be thankful for. Yes, we have incredible wine, beautiful vineyards and amazing food, but what really gives this little Wine Country town it’s personality is the community behind it all.

The farmers. The chefs. The bakers. The artists. The shop owners. The winemakers. The people who welcome visitors year after year.

This November, we’re raising a glass to the people and places that make Healdsburg feel like Healdsburg.

The Farmers Who Keep Us Connected to the Land

Long before Healdsburg became known as a Wine Country destination, agriculture was at the heart of this community, and it still is today.

Spend a Saturday morning at the Healdsburg Farmers’ Market and you’ll see that connection firsthand. Local farmers, growers, food producers and makers come together to share what they grow and create.

It’s not just somewhere to shop. It’s part of the rhythm of the community.

The Bakers Who Make Our Mornings Better

Some of the best places in Healdsburg are the ones where you walk through the door and immediately smell fresh bread and coffee.

Places like Quail & Condor, Costeaux French Bakery and Downtown Bakery & Creamery are part of what makes a morning in Healdsburg feel special.

Behind every loaf, pastry and cup of coffee are people who get up early to make sure the rest of us can start our day with something delicious.

And for that, we’re definitely thankful.

The Chefs Who Bring Sonoma County to the Table

Healdsburg’s food scene may receive plenty of attention, but behind every great meal are chefs, farmers, servers and restaurant teams who bring it all together.

Restaurants like Valette, Little Saint and Troubadour Bread & Bistro each bring something different to the table while celebrating the ingredients, creativity and personality of Sonoma County.

Whether it’s a special dinner or a really good sandwich for lunch, these are the places that become part of the memories you take home.

The Makers, Artists & Small Businesses

Take a walk around downtown Healdsburg and you’ll quickly realize how much of the town’s personality comes from its independent businesses.

Local boutiques, galleries, bookstores, specialty food shops and makers give visitors a chance to discover something they won’t find everywhere else.

Stop into a gallery. Browse a locally owned shop. Pick up something made nearby. Talk to the person behind the counter.

Those small interactions are often what make a trip memorable.

The People Behind the Wine

Of course, we can’t talk about Healdsburg without talking about wine, but behind every bottle is a much bigger story.

There are vineyard crews tending the vines, farmers growing the grapes, cellar teams working through harvest, winemakers crafting each vintage and tasting room teams sharing those wines with visitors from around the world.

November comes just after the busiest part of harvest, making it the perfect time to raise a glass to everyone who makes Sonoma County wine possible.

The Community That Makes Healdsburg Feel Like Home

Maybe that’s what we love most about Healdsburg. It’s beautiful, but it still feels like a small town.

You’ll see familiar faces around the Plaza, people catching up over coffee, local businesses supporting one another and a community that takes pride in this little corner of Sonoma County.

Visitors may come for the wine, food and scenery, but it’s often the people they remember.

And Most of All, We’re Thankful for Our Guests

At Hotel Trio, we’re especially thankful for the people who choose to make Healdsburg part of their travels.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning to a place you love, you’re becoming part of the community that makes Healdsburg so special. Every visit supports the local restaurants, wineries, farmers, makers and small businesses that give our town its charm.

This November, we’re raising a glass to the people who make Healdsburg what it is and to the guests who come to experience it.

So whether you’re planning your first Wine Country getaway or your next return visit, come experience the people, places and little moments that make Healdsburg feel like home.

We’ll save you a suite.
